Renowned for a growing arts and cultural scene as well as some of Australia's best local produce (and wine!) there's plenty to keep the whole family enthralled on an SA adventure.

PLANETARIUM June - July

If you’re looking for an indoor activity for those rainy winter days the Planetarium at the University of SA is a winner. Gaze at constellations, stars and planets through a projector showcasing the relative position and brightness of over 5,000 stars visible from the Southern Hemisphere. Not simply just a fun activity for the kids, but an educational one as well. Bonus.

MCLAREN VALE SEA AND VINES FESTIVAL 5-8 June 2015

It’s never too cold for wine. Spend your long weekend sampling local vintage wines and produce whilst enjoying the tranquil coastal setting. With a wide variety of events, from intimate degustation dinners with winemakers and structured winery tours, to fun activities for the little ones not quite of age, Sea & Vines has something for everyone.
