With a devoted events team and dedicated wedding coordinator, The Olsen is the ideal venue for an intimate dinner of up to 50 guests or a cocktail wedding of up to 350 guests. The penthouses, level one and poolside spaces can be transformed into the perfect artistic atmosphere for the lovebirds and their guests.

The award-winning interior design and boutique experience hotel is nestled in at the north end of Melbourne’s iconic Chapel Street precinct. Guests at The Olsen are able to take pleasure in spectacular sweeping Melbourne skyline views on level one as well as the John Olsen and Lake Eyre Penthouses.

The Olsen’s restaurant, Spoonbill Restaurant & Bar celebrates Australia’s regional produce and can cater to both a cocktail and sit down wedding. Drawing inspiration from John Olsen’s love of all things Australian, Spoonbill’s menu offers a multi-faceted paddock to plate experience.

The pair with the most extraordinary love story will receive a free wedding, including two nights in one of The Olsen’s penthouse suites, a wedding coordinator, food and beverages from Spoonbill served to the poolside reception and a photographer to capture the day. The five finalists will also receive an awe-inspiring experience, with one free night in a penthouse suite.

The competition winner will receive the following as part of their prize:

2 nights in The John Olsen or Lake Eyre Penthouse
4 hours of premium food and beverage from Spoonbill served
Poolside event space for the reception
Penthouse to get ready in on the day
Second large suite for Groom and groomsmen to get ready in
