Nestled into The Olsen hotel on Chapel Street, Spoonbill celebrates Australia’s regional produce.  As our seasons change so too does our menu, ensuring the freshest of fare for flocks and grazers alike. 

Drawing inspiration from John Olsen’s Spoonbill etching, the Restaurant and Bar is as warm as it is inviting.  Furnished with a combination of new and recycled furnishings, find a perch indoors or out at Spoonbill and settle in.

Enjoy a balmy evening or sunny day with alfresco dining on Chapel and Daly Streets and for special occasions you can reserve the luxury of the private Dining Room for up to 16 people.
