Gorgeous room with great views - ask for corner king suite. The staff were really helpful, the rooms were spotless, we loved the arty theme and we found the location super convenient . The little things were great too. Would definitely book again!

Toilet smelt like sewer.

I explained to the receptionist that the toilet smelt like a sewer. When we came back to our hotel it smelt like a sewer. The blind could not be pulled all the way to then end of the wall basically at the top of the blind there was light coming through. We normally stay on the Park view instead we were looking onto a building. I will next time make sure we ask for the Park view. The bed was comfortable and location is perfect for us.

Everything ran smoothly. The artwork even in the rooms makes the whole experience worthwhile. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great view from my room. Great location near Parkville precinct walking distance and park surrounding.
