Whether you book online or over the phone, our in-house Reservations team are on hand to answer all your questions, from pre-booking to checking in and even after you’re gone. If you need to make a special request, upgrade your room or find out a specific room detail, there’s a real person at the ready to help you out. When you book direct you also shoot straight to the top of our pile for a free upgrade if it’s available - always a nice perk.
Except in the case of special promotional rates, we don’t ask for you to prepay for your booking, or when you show up, just that you provide the details to confirm your booking. So if things change, there’s no tricky process or sneaky fees to amend or cancel your reservation if it’s within our cancelation period.
