Shop Terms and Conditions

If you're making a purchase from our online store, Artefacts, be sure to take a read through the below terms and conditions before placing an order.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS:

Monday-Friday, 10am-5pm Eastern Time

EXCHANGES:

Art Series Hotel Group does not accept returns to be made or exchanged for a change of mind. Items can only be returned and exchanged if the items are broken or faulty or the exchange is a result of an internal error. 

To exchange a broken or faulty item for a different one, please return the original item by following the exhange procedures below and place another order for the item you wish to exchange it to. For a refund, you will be refunded the original purchase price once we receive the item.

Please note the following limitations:

1. To make an exchange, Art Series Hotel Group must be contacted in writing at shop@artserieshotels.com.au within 14 days of receiving the item.

2. Items returned must be in original condition. Items that have been altered in any way will not be accepted.

3. All sales are final on discounted items.

4. For all bed purchases (mattresses and ensembles), please contact AH Beard on their returns and exchange policy by visiting their website: www.ahbeard.com.au 

How to Exchange or Return an item:

1. Email us at shop@artserieshotels.com.au listing the reason for the exchange. Please be sure to include name, address, phone number and order number in your email. 

2. Once your request has been authorised from our internal team, you will receive a response with a completed Return Form to print and include with your returned item(s).

3. Place the item(s) you have been authorised to exchange in the original packaging you received the item in. Please include your Return Form with the item(s) you are exchanging or returning. If the original packaging is not available, you must use the equivalent packaging to avoid further damage or faults.

4. If there are any shipping labels, bar codes or stickers on the packaging from the original shipment, remove them before sending.

5. Please ship your item(s) back to us via a registered, traceable carrier. We suggest Australia Post for smaller items and private couriers for larger items. Contact us for further details.

You will receive a credit posted to your credit card once item(s) is/are received and checked in by our team. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your credit.

DELIVERY:

In stock items will ship within 7-10 business days. Beds (mattresses and ensembles) will be coordinated and shipped through the manufacturer, AH Beard, and separate costs, shipping terms and conditions may apply.
