The Local Grind

The Local Grind offers up South Australia's best seasonal and local produce to hotel guests and residents, seven days a week. The light and airy on-site restaurant includes all-day dining space as well as a providore packed with local fare to take home.

Brought to life by Adelaide couple Adam Rocco and Tamara Spark, the restaurant brings together the finest of South Australian produce with contemporary flavours, enhanced by the couple's extensive background working with some of Melbourne's leading restaurants.

Locally focused in both name and menu choices, Local Grind features seasonal produce sourced direct from the grower.

Daily specials offer up a chance for visitors to enjoy handpicked ingredients fresh from nearby regions such as the Barossa Valley.

The space includes an onsite providore, offering the opportunity for guests to sip a latte with coffee roasted in-house or pick up a freshly baked loaf of bread and some artisanal ingredients to create their own feast.

With options to take you from breakfast to supper and all in between, be welcomed by light, nutritious options for brunch or bold Italian flavours in the dinner menu. The wine list continues to celebrate local producers, showcasing wines from the Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale.
