The reception staff are friendly, the location is excellent (surrounded by restaurants and a movie theatre, close to rail and tram, a good room with windows that can be opened and a reasonable price.

A superlative 5 star stay with all accor plus hospitality extended during our time. We have had just the most amazing stay here at The Olsen in South Yarra. An unpretentious boutique art series hotel with a plethora of amazing artworks by the most talented late John Olsen peppered throughout the hotel for guests to enjoy and appreciate. Amazing reception and bookings team including Michelle, Victor with a huge thank you in particular to Mr Raghu! The rooms are truely wonderful, luxurious, comfortable and beautifully appointed for your stay to enjoy Chappell St and beyond with a short tram or train ride to the Melbourne City. The pool was warm to enjoy all year round and a lovely sun deck to chill and enjoy your day in a relaxed space. Dinner and breakfast in the Spoonbill restaurant was quite the culinary experience with amazing and decorative dishes prepared by the most amazing chef Anda. Professionally looked after during our dining experiences by Harshi and Will. This cool hotel is ahead of the curve in terms of the Accor guest experience and deserves all the accolades possible. Well done to the GM Mr Sam on leading and delivering an exceptional hotel experience.
