Billing experience not acceptable

I booked over the phone and advised I had $100 in vouchers to contribute towards payment. The full value of the stay was debited from my credit card. I raised this with reception whilst on my stay. I was advised this would be resolved within a couple of days and refund incorrect amount processed to credit card. Over a week and a half later still not resolved. That is after me following up for resolution.
