Loving local, playing House with Tommy Watson and Etsy
Taking inspiration from Watson's colourful work above, Warmala (2007), we’ve sourced some vivid and enriching Australian Etsy homewares, complimenting this artwork's warm and earthy tones.
1. Create a similar intricate look with these detailed wall hangnings by Flirting With Yellow and Saint Cardigan.
2. Take cues from the earthy hues of red, orange and yellow with cushions by Amazing Grace Home and Little Crow Design.
3. The soft aesthetic of Australian nature is reflected in this delicate Gumnut Wall Hanging by Kuber Store.
4. Paying homage to the Australian landscape are these divine ceramics by Mountain Clay.

We are set to open our eighth art inspired hotel this November. Named after and inspired by Chinese Australian artist Zhong Chen, The Chen will be centre stage to Whitehorse Towers, the tallest and most dynamic development outside of the Melbourne CBD, in the thriving suburb of Box Hill. The hotel will reflect and celebrate the ethnic diversity of the area, with Chen’s vibrant works celebrating his transcultural identity.
