The ideal location for rooftop dining year round, The Emerson Rooftop are hosting a Domaine Chandon pop-up until 26 May.
The only Australian sparkling specialists with genuine French heritage, guests will experience wines from Victoria’s Yarra Valley, with an authentic French flair at one of Melbourne’s most sophisticated venues.
Make your sleepover at The Cullen all that more indulgent by dining under the stars from Tuesday to Thursday evenings from 5pm, with a menu curated from Domaine Chandon’s Yarra Valley winery restaurant Greenpoint Brasserie and wine pairings from Chandon’s illustrious list of still and sparkling wines.
For the month of May, guests who pre-book can enjoy a complimentary Chandon Cellar Door on Tuesday nights, offering guests a more traditional wine tasting experience with a selection of pâté and premium Chandon wines, exclusive to Domaine Chandon, as well as the option to purchase Cellar Door varieties.
