Fearless Yoga with Patrick Beach at The Cullen Rooftop
As a renowned Vinyasa flow teacher, Patrick travels all over the world practising yoga and was in Melbourne for a series of workshops thanks to our friends at Yoga 213. With Patrick bunking down at The Cullen we jumped at the chance to host a revitalizing yoga session, and invited some of our friends along to join in the fun.
Kicking it off bright and early at 7am, Patrick took us through an energetic workshop including a few of his signature handstands. After the workshop, guests were trated to a buffet style breakfast, thanks to local favourites Lululemon, Five:am Organics, Green Street Juice, The Health Food Guys and Pana Chocolate, while taking in the rooftop views.
