Hutong

The 140-seat Hutong has the charm of an antique Chinese garden with a contemporary twist. Beautifully-carved antique wood screens, billowing Chinese silk curtains and red lanterns set a dramatic backdrop for the glass-fronted kitchen display as a cast of dumpling makers create favourites Xutong Xiao-long-bao and Hutong Peking Roast Duck amongst others. As sister restaurant to Hutong Dumpling Bar on Market Lane, Hutong at The Cullen will be home to a Roast Duck Chef from Quanjude China, the most famous duck restaurant in China.

Offering two separate private dining areas and bar, the restaurant will accommodate small corporate groups through to larger dining parties. Adorned with dark wood, silver bricks and a life-size bamboo bird the hot dining space will be open for dinner 7 nights a week.

Terrace Bar & Bistro

Owned by established restaurateur George Rizk, Terrace Bar & Bistro will offer a seasonal Mediterranean menu with Italian influences for breakfast, lunch, dinner and room service. The focus of the Euro-designed space will be the corner bar, which opens onto Commercial Road. Outdoor seating on the terrace lends itself to alfresco dining, offering diners an opportunity to watch the world pass by over a leisurely meal or drinks. Food-lovers will enjoy dining in the tapas bar, with a glass façade offering a full view of the open-plan kitchen.
