except the position of our accommodation at the back of the building alongside the Woolworths loading bay and the rubbish removal distribution centre continuous trucks and noise and lighting most disturbing and disappointing

Beautifully appointed and spacious rooms with kitchen , washing machine , dishwasher, microwave, divine artwork , balconies so you can get fresh air unlike being in a hotel, gym and pool with amenities nearby including supermarket and good coffee . Great service as well.

I had expected more from this brand as it was classed as "Premium" on the Accor website. However this was not the case. - No blockout blinds - Pillows were flat - No in-house restaurant - Treadmills in the gym were not working (all 3 of them!) The major issues I had were the flat pillows and the fact that there were no blockout blinds. There was a lot of external night lighting seeping through which was extremely annoying when I was trying to sleep. Positives to take away: - Great lap pool (solar heated) - Customer service I won't be staying here again.
